Virtual Home Tour

The next best thing to being there!  Step inside a log home and look around.  You can move from room to room and look around the rooms you visit.  You may zoom in or out and look up or down.  A virtual tour not only gives you a feel for the floorplan of the log home, it allows you to study features such as exposed beam trusses, trim and stair details and more.

What You Need To Take A Virtual Tour
Virtual log home tours requires the free LivePicture Viewer plug-in.  If you do not have it, press the LivePicture Viewer  button at the lower right of this window.  This will take you to LivePicture’s download site.  Follow the instructions there to download the software.  Then return to the Virtual Tour page at Log Home Plans Online.  Follow the 'Start Tour' link below and your tour should begin to load.  Be patient, tour files are large and this may take a few moments.

Directions for Virtual Touring
When your cursor is placed over the tour image, its shape will change.  A four-way arrow means you can move around in the room .  Simply press and hold your mouse button while you move it in the direction you wish to go.  It’s as if you’re standing still and turning in a circle. As you move the cursor around the image area, it will sometimes change to a double-headed arrow.  This indicates a jump point to another area.  Clicking your mouse button will take you to the location indicated by the cursor.  Also, pressing the LivePicture icon in the corner of the tour window opens a toolbar that contains buttons for zooming in and out as well as moving around.
